

We love Oolong tea. Think of having semi-oxidized tea (not quite as strong as black), but with a little kick that makes for such a satisfying cup. For all of the work that goes into making oolong teas the payoff is definitely in the cup. Oolongs hail from China's Fujian and Guangdong provinces and from Taiwan. We recommend that you steep oolong for 2-4 minutes (175°-195°F).
