I just tried your tea for the first time yesterday. It is so great! I tried "Fire and Rain". I'd also like to add that this is the first black tea that I can actually steep for 3-5 minutes as stated without it getting bitter. This is a major feature! Talk about quality! I bought this tea two days ago and have already had at least 10 cups :-) KJ

I just want to let you know that I think your Chai-Chi is the best loose Chai in the Bay Area. Ever since I returned from Delhi, India, I have been trying to find a Chai that I can brew at home which has a similar taste to the teas of India. Your Chai is the one and only tea that was able to bring me back to the streets and cafes of India. The spices are superb and only a dash of milk and sugar are needed. I am very grateful to have found your tea for it is a must have in my tea cabinet.

Southern Mate is my favorite because the earthiness of the mate and the rounded mellow flavor of the rooibos are a match made in the heaven. They balance each other perfectly, and I’m always looking for a tea that stands on its own without sweeteners.

On a chilly San Francisco night I decided to give myself the gift of a warm cup of Chai. After adding a bit of honey and cream I took my first sip of Longevite Chai-Chi and was swept away. I am an avid Chai drinker and very picky on what makes the perfect cup for me - it has to be not too sweet, have a warming balance of cardamom, cinnamon, ginger & cloves and an aroma that excites and sooths at the same time. This tea was the perfect balance. My close friends and family will contest that I am someone who gulps down my beverages often missing the true value. I found myself wanting to do the same with this delicious cup of Chai but caught myself for it was so scrumptious I wanted to make the encounter with perfection last. I took my time enjoying the experience and as soon as I was done I wanted seconds and thought to myself, 'I have found the ideal cup of Chai tea'.

Our ”TEA and THEE” was a huge success because centerpoint to the experience were the fresh, organic leaves that you lovingly prepared and served to our guests. There is such a difference in the taste and how one feels after enjoying your teas. We heard so many positive comments from the ladies about the different flavors. The Earl. Love the name, love the taste, love the smell, love the tea! It truly is aromatically invigorating. After years and years of being a loyal and avid coffee drinker, I could honestly say that this could be my coffee replacement.

While in the midst of moving I discovered I forgot to bring my coffee. I like to start my day with I warm beverage and remembered I had purchased a can of Longevite Willow White tea. I followed the instruction on the tin - steeped and strained - and just as promised, was greeted with the sweet aroma of a Summer's Day.
